Your Instructor
Massage Therapist, mama, wife, educator, constant learner, coffee + chocolate lover. Most mornings, you'd find me puttering around at home, enjoying time with my kids while listening to a podcast or music.
When I'm not at home, I love to serve those who have pain, through Trigger Point Therapy. This is my passion, it lights me up. My practice has filled completely and exploded in the past few years, and now I want to share what has worked and how I did it. I want to share and teach Trigger Point Therapy to every massage therapist to expand the impact it can have on those in pain.
This feels like the natural next step in my career, as I have always loved to teach. I actually pondered going to be a Chemistry teacher back in high school and decided not to. Who knew teaching could be done on something I know so well, and in a totally non-conventional way?! It is the perfect way to tie my love for teaching to my love for trigger point therapy, and still be able to be with my kids as much as I want to.
